Questionnaires

This page provides access to the questionnaires that have been distributed to participants in the SIMPLER cohorts over time. The questionnaires contain detailed information on diet, lifestyle, health status, and other factors relevant to epidemiological research.

Both English and Swedish versions of the questionnaires are available when possible. These materials can help researchers understand the exact wording of questions and how variables were originally collected.
